Mccain was fuming mad when reports reached him about Obama’s alleged calling of Palin a pig. Republican presidential candidate McCain now demands a public apology from Obama.
However, Obama said he was not referring to Palin when he used the word “pig”. Eyewitnesses said that Obama was referring to McCain himself. In other words, the pig description was not for Palin but for McCain.
So why should McCain be offended? I think it’s one of those publicity stunts to make Obama look bad in the voting population. The truth of the matter is, Cain used the word “pig” during his attacks against Hillary Clinton.
“You can put a lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig,” McCain then lambasted Hillary Clinton.
Strangely, it was the exact phrase that Obama used against McCain, and the latter immediately bristled with indignation.
Do we understand it that only McCain has the sole franchise making insults and that the same exact insults SHOULD NOT be hurled against him?
Sounds like a convoluted sense of humor to me.
